Security Forces training..and extra training?

What do SFs learn at their police academy besides the law enforcement?

Do they learn weapons training? if so how many?

Do they learn hand to hand combat and defensive fighting for criminals?

Also what extra training can SFs receive?

I heard SFs can apply for counter sniper school, or airborne, and diving school.

Also just a side question, what do Security Forces Officers learn?...do they go threw the same academy and Camp Bullis?

Can they become the Wing commander of Security Forces at a Base?

Are they just as well trained as the regular security forces?

Do they do the same tasks as NCOs when SF officers are 2nd and 1st Lts?..and is it more administrative work afterwards?..i mean like can they go beyond the wire?

SF learn convoy security, weapons, some hand to hand stuff, field training, and security while in tech school

M9, M4, M249, M240b, M203, Hand Grenades, (you can also learn the M870/M500 shotguns, MP5, M2, and Mk-19 but that all at your first unit depending).

Military working dog training, catm training, and almost all of the Army Schools are possible (although rare).

SF Officers go to their unit first and get ojt before heading to Camp Bullis for their formal training.

Every post is a wing so if they are a Wing commander they will be in charge of everything on the post, not just the security forces (must be an officer, at least a full bird col for this to happen).

They eventually will have the same amount of knowledge as regular enlisted SF

Company grade officers (2nd LT through CAPT) will be able to lead an SF Flight, they are in charge of everything the enlisted men do in their unit. So yes if the enlisted are tasked out their officers go with them.
