Digital Heat

While in heat mode, the air blowing my new heat pump much colder with a vent. How do I fix this problem?

1250 square-foot one-story, slab house - 3ton division system, installed new in July '05 and the new channels in September of '03 - 8 vents and 2 returns (both yields are down the hall, one is the ground level on a wall the other on the roof. digital programmable thermostat is set at 68 degrees. In mode heat pump (no emergency heat) the room air vent is blowing warm to the touch, while the bedroom / bathroom blows air that is cold to the touch. The room ventilation is provided by an "8 or 9" no holes through otherwise provided, the master bedroom is a 7 "or 8" product with a 5 "branch the master bath. The other vents in the house is comfortable to the touch (not as hot as the room, but not as cold as the master bedroom / bath.)

Sounds like a small separation in a pipeline section near the room is getting cooler air from outside duct when the fan is blowing. Make sure that all sections of the ducts are tight and sealed.
